By accessing or using the Kyle’s Power Washing website and/or booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Kyle’s Power Washing provides residential and commercial pressure washing services, including but not limited to decks, driveways, sidewalks, and house exteriors. Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on job scope, surface conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. We will always communicate any pricing changes before starting the job.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept [list accepted payment methods, e.g., cash, credit/debit cards, digital payments]. A fee may apply to late or declined payments.

5. Liability

While we take great care in our work, Kyle’s Power Washing is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to surfaces or property

  • Damage resulting from fragile, improperly sealed, or deteriorated surfaces

  • Issues caused by user negligence or failure to follow aftercare instructions

You agree to release Kyle’s Power Washing from liability for incidental or consequential damages.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

  • Clear access to all work areas

  • All pets and children are kept away from the work zone

  • All windows and doors are securely closed before service begins

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Kyle’s Power Washing and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
