Refund Policy

At Kyle’s Power Washing, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services. However, if you are not fully satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

1. Service Satisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will review your concern and, if appropriate, offer one of the following:

  • A complimentary touch-up or re-cleaning of the affected area

  • A partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue

  • In rare cases, a full refund (at our discretion)

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or re-services will not be issued for:

  • Pre-existing stains, damage, or discoloration that cannot be removed with standard pressure washing techniques

  • Services performed more than 48 hours prior to a complaint being made

  • Surfaces that were not properly prepared (e.g., windows left open, unsecured outdoor items)

3. Cancellation Refunds

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund of any deposit made. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. No-Show or Inaccessible Site

If we arrive for a scheduled job and are unable to perform the work due to customer no-show or inaccessible work areas, we reserve the right to charge a service fee or withhold any deposit.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or re-cleaning:

  • Include your name, service date, and a description (and photos if possible) of the issue

We’ll respond within 2 business days.
